First Id like to say that Ive never had an insurance co. have their rates consistantly go up. Also your insurance agent Adam West will not answer my calls. Nor will he return my call when I leave a message. Ive been with you guys for nearly a year now and its been this way for ninety percent of the time. Theres no good customer satisfaction in either of these to things. If you could please make a change in these two things I believe you'll make the rest of your customers truely and completely satisfied. Not to mention may be even happy to deal with you all.
