Called Bristol and was on hold for 3 hours, no customer service

Bristol West Insurance complaint
UNFORTUNATELY I have Bristol West Insurance. My car was stolen today (January 30, 2008) and I have been on hold for over THREE HOURS on TWO SEPERATE phones & I still have not been able to get through to anyone. Even the police are baffled that they can not even get through to this company to fax them a report to expedite my claim.

It's obvious this company does not give two hoots about their customers. I am looking for a new insurance company RIGHT NOW & I advise EVERYONE to beware of this company. THEY SUCK big time!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
