Bristol West insured hit our granddaughter in a parking lot. Their insured will not file a claim thus Bristol West will not pay. Also they will not help us find address of young man who caused $2,500 in damages. From facts it is obvious that they should pay. But they will not, and because we are in Nebraska and Bristol is in Colorado, it is difficult to sue. At best they are thieves. I believe that they know that we cannot go to court to secure a judgment, due to costs. So they keep our money. I am filing a complaint with Nebraska Insurance Dept. requesting that they halt Bristol's right to sell insurance in Nebraska because they will steal the premiums. Beware of Bristol. I recommend that you not buy their insurance. You have a claim. They will not pay.
