My scheduled monthly payment is supposed to be drafted on the 20th of every month. Not once in the first 4 months did it happen on the 20th.

18th, 19th, 23rd, and 21st were actually when they were drafted. I started paying early by using their phone automated system, which worked fine until i was told nothing was owed for october, and that my next payment was due on 11/20. Fine. That was on oct 18th.

Then got a notice in the mail dated 10/25 telling me my insurance would be cancelled on 11/6 due to non payment AND an addifional $25 fee for the missed payment. What a haphazard way to do business!
